Engagement Party | Petaluma, Ca

This year is an awesome year for my husband and I because we each have a sibling getting married.  My sister and my husband's brother.  No they aren't marrying each other, but are engaged to two really fun and special people.  Their weddings are one week apart in October and I can't wait to attend them both.

This year has been filled with engagement parties, bridal showers, and bachelorette parties.  It's taken me awhile to get these photos pulled together because this amazing party actually happened back in May.  I have some bridal showers photos to share eventually too.  Be on the lookout.

My mom throws an incredible party.  No matter what the occasion, she cooks and cooks and cooks and creates food that is incredibly delicious.  On top of her cooking talents, she rivals Martha Stewart when it comes to crafting and hosting.  Needless to say the engagement party for my sister and her fiance was beautiful.  Every single piece of food here was made by her, except maybe the fruit and veggie trays.  Even the salami was homemade.  I helped out with the cupcakes, cake pops and cookies, because if you know me, that's what I live for, and my Grandma and Aunt each brought a dish, but other than that this was her masterpiece.  Enjoy!
